Shipping Information

Domestic SHIPPING

Shipping in the United States is always FREE at Dollmakersink. No shipping charges are built into our prices. We do, however, charge for special shipping requests.

We ship Monday thru Friday and most Saturdays.

Most orders are shipped via First Class Mail. Priority Mail is used for packages over 13 ozs.

SHIPPING TO SCHOOLS OR UNIVERSITIES:

We have found that shipping to schools and universities is very problematic. A large percentage of the packages we have shipped there have gotten lost or delayed in the school's system. We will ship there at your request but won't take any responsibility once the package leaves our hands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Foreign orders will ONLY incur actual shipping cost. No handling fees will be added. Shopping cart invoices don't reflect the shipping costs. Shipping will be added when the payment is processed. If you pay using your Paypal account we will send a bill for the shipping amount. If you would like to know the cost of shipping before placing an order just email a list of what you would like to purchase and we will let you know.

Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
International shipments sometimes take longer than expected; please be patient. The length of time for delivery often depends on how long your package is held in Customs.
Please do not ask us to misrepresent the value of your shipment or mark it as a "gift" on the Customs/Declaration Forms; to do so is a United States Federal Offense.

BACKORDERS

We do backorder items. You won't be charged until the item is shipped.

We don't share your information with anyone at any time! Credit card information is not kept on file unless by special request.
