Banana Silk Yarn - Rangi Changi - Out of Stock! Banana Silk Yarn is a natural product similar to rayon. The soft, shiny yarn is handspun in Nepal. There aren't any dye lots and the skeins do vary. It is suggested that the skeins be alternated as you work for the most uniform color. Skeins are approx. 200g and you get approx. 150 yards per 200 grams. On US 8-10 needles expect approx. 3-1/2 to 4 stitches per inch. Imported from Nepal as a fair trade item. $12.50
